Strict background checks are done to ensure legitimacy. We will verify your documents with all the relevant legal bodies within (approx. 72 Hours).
Step 10: Payment & Delivery
We do not charge Deposits only a months rental in advance of the plan you choose. If you have a higher than usual risk profile. You may be subject a higher advanced payment.
